Disney World: MGM (Part III)

After getting up and taking a boat to MGM we start our day in the Great Movie ride. I get handed this little red tag thing. It tells how long the wait is. Pretty cool. This ride is a good ride to start your day in MGM. I would not reccomend the Tower of Terror, after eating breakfast it's not the greatest ride to ride. The lines may not be long but do you really want to test your stomach?? We fast passed the Tower of Terror and the Rockin' Roller Coaster. Then we went and walked around. We went to see Walt Disney: One Man's Dream. We didn't actually see the movie but we walked around the building. It was really amazing. Walt Disney was a creative man. Then we went to the Chronicles of Narnia. We got to see the movie set stuff and walk through the wardrobe but all it was was movie promotion. A bit of a waste of time. But we had time to kill waiting for our fastpasses to start. After that we headed to the Tower of Terror. I was terrified. It doesn't help that the wait is worse than the ride. They hype you up good before you get on the ride. When they closed the doors I wanted to get out. It was the greatest ride ever!! All the sudden you start moving forward. I was like why aren't we going up and down?? And then it started. It really wasn't that bad. It was just scary enough, yet not too scary. After that we went to the Rockin' Rollercoaster. I chickened out. Yes I am a wimp but the Tower of Terror was enough for me. My brother said it was soooo cool. After that we walked around. I forgot to tell ya'll about Rosie. She is part of the street entertainment. She has alot of lipstick on AND she gave me a kiss. I have pictures. She was hilarious. Also these guys, the Public Works guys, they were really funny too. We walked around for a little bit. We went to Star Tours and the Muppets 3D. They were really good. I love Star Tours. It was like a really turbulent plane ride. I was actually thinking that on the flight back. Muppets 3D is always good. It's really funny I always like 3D stuff. We didn't see any of the Indian Jones stuff or Lights Motor Action stuff, we just didn't want to. We had an early dinner. EARLY like 3 or something close to that, at the Hollywood and Vine. A pretty good buffet. One reason to eat there is they give you special seating to Fantasmic! After eating there we hung out for a little bit and then went to see Fantasmic! It was really good. A little loud but it was pretty cool. After that we went and saw the Osbourne Festival of Lights. Not Ozzy Osbourne, a family from Little Rock, Arkanas. Their neighbors sued them for all the lights they put up. I mean this was overpowering!!! Everything was blinking in sync with the music. There were hidden mickeys everywhere. My brother and I just had fun try to find all of them. Since there were alot of people and everybody's feet hurt we left pretty quickly. We had alot of fun at that park. The only bad thing is that they only have about 3 pretty big rides. It was fun all the same though. STILL MORE to come!

Disney World: Magic Kingdom (Part II)

Ok so after a good nights sleep we get ready to go to the Magic Kingdom!! After a good breakfast a Picabu's (a really good buffeteria, we ate breakfast every day there), we were ready to go. After a long bus ride (or so it seems) and being squished like anchovies we get there. I didn't realize how much I liked Disney World until I got there. Our first ride was Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Boy I LOVE that ride. Then we went to Splash Mountain. We liked it so much that we rode on it of a total of 4 times while we were in the park. Then I think we went to Pirates of the Caribbean. We got stuck in there an extra maybe 5 minutes (probably a handicapped person getting out) but it wasn't as fun as it used to be. After riding some more rides we went into Tomorrow Land. We rode Space Mountain, a little scary but fun once you get used to it. We also went on Stitches Great Escape. I maybe a little bit of a wimp but do not go in there if you are claustrophobic. Once they strapped me into the seat I wanted to get out, it really didn't help when the room went pitch black. I thought I was going to have a heart attack!!! No joke!! So after that experience we went to the Laugh Floor. Now that was funny. I think sometime in there we ate lunch at the......it was in TL I can remember that. After that we rode Mad Teacups. We might have ridden it before lunch and we probably did because it's Mad Teacups. You're spinning around in a circle. You don't wanna ride that after lunch. I forgot but we rode the Haunted Mansion. That is a good ride and a good type of scary. We didn't stay to long in the park, we probably left mid-afternoon. We rested, had dinner at the Yacht Club Galley. Located in the Yacht Club and Beach Resort on the Boardwalk. They had really good food. After that we listened to a story teller. He gave out little bells at the end. Our aunt had reserved a illuminations cruise. That was totally AMAZING!!! The fireworks were above par. We were so close that at the end ashes from the fireworks started falling on us. Our Captain Nadia was really cool. She was a gymnast. Her dad named her after Nadia Comenece. (Don't know how to spell her last name.) All in all it was a fun day. We went back to the hotel and rested up for MGM.

Dear Charity

Hey Charity...It's Bonnie...Please don't get mad at me. I only changed one thing. Change it back if you don't like it. {Look at the section "My friends' sites: They also like to laugh at me".} Sorry but a deep longing within me could not be supressed. Great Disney blog. Keep it coming! Sorry again. Change it if you hate it. *Gasp!* Behind you! *Runs away.*

Disney World: AT LAST!!! (Part I)

Yes I will finally blog about Disney World. This is Part I. Sunday. We check into this SUPER nice hotel called the swan. It is amazing. My aunt haggles a upgraded room. It was of course NICE!! Not anything bigger than a regular sized room but nice nonetheless. So we relax for a little while. And then we go eat dinner. Since we're really close to the Disney's Boardwalk (walking distance) we eat there. At a place called the Big River Grill and Brewing Works. Pretty nice. I got the grilled cheese 'cause I wasn't very hungry. But my brother got the mahi mahi sandwich. After dinner we drive to downtown disney and shop. I get a necklace for a friend. I also get some chocolate covered raisins and some chocolate chips with non-pareils from the Candy Cauldron. That place is good!!! We stopped by the lego store!! Any star wars fan must see the gigantic R2D2. It is sooooo amazing. They also have quite a few other statues made out of legos. I took a picture with my lego family!!! It was so fun. After we had funned ourselves out we went back to the hotel. That's it for now!
